Scheduled playing from USB

Good morning

I have an upcoming installation where the client wants to be able to play regular pre-recorded voice announcements, e.g. twice a day.

I'm aware that I can use the Alarms feature to do this, but it only appears to support playback from TuneIn and Radio Paradise

  Hi Gordon

  Make a preset for the USB announcement and then set the alarm for the Preset.

  Thanks Tony.  Do you mean creating a Playlist?  I can't see that I can select a Preset as the alarm source, it isn't an option.

  I've tried using playlists.  However there appears to be an app fault when I try and add a track to a playlist.

  This is using the app on my Samsung Note 9 phone.  I also get the same problem using a Samsung Galaxy 10.1 Tablet.
