Notification when audio stops playing.
AnsweredGood day, a client of mine get some internet outages from time to time and the B400S doesn’t automatically start playing. The IT team would get a call about it but they would rely on the bartenders or kitchen staff to let them know. They asked if there was a way that bluesound can either start back playing sound machine when the internet comes back or (or power comes back on) or if they can get a notification stating the internet is back on, or the power just came back on so that they can manually turn the music back on? It plays 24/7

Hi Christopher
There is no mechanism in BluOS to check the validity of the Internet Gateway, and frankly, better monitoring tools to do that. Once your NOC confirms your gateway is restored, you can either;
- Remotely restart your streams yourself; https://support.bluesoundprofessional.com/hc/en-us/articles/360060411413
- Designate a user on the site to do this; https://support.bluesoundprofessional.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024217473
- Use SOUNDMACHINE scheduling tools to restart and recover music with smaller schedule windows if this is a frequent problem
