BlueSound + Crestron Control For Universal Music Group

Hi,

We recently integrated a Blusound player running Spotify for UMG with an iPad for advance controls and Crestron to play everyday End User playlist. They have a few playlist on the App but we don't see them on the Bluesound interface. I do see "Presets" plus "Playlist" on my crestron interface but we are unable to add Spotify music presets and when pressing on Playlist on my Crestron touch panel it says "Unable to find Playlist".

Question #1 - Is there a way to add favorite music/genre on spotify and then be able to use our third party controller to recall these presets?

#2 - How could we make these "Playlist" to work from crestron controller? How could we recall any playlist created on the Spotify App to come up on the BluSound interface?
