Wanted to leave a comment for others who run up against my issue. If you cannot initially make the B400S work at all, you may need to perform initial setup with an Android or iPhone running the mobile app. This would not work through the browser or Windows BluOS Controller application. The symptom will be that you can see all four players, but when selecting them in the Home menu, they will say that they require setup. When you click that you will come to an updating firmware screen that on the Windows application will never go anywhere, leaving you unable to use the box. On the Android application the search for firmware eventually failed, but I could ignore and move on, making it possible to use the box. Still evaluating the box for features and stability, but at least now it works at all.
