Factory reset doesn't work

Hi, the product in question is: BSP1000
Connected yesterday and after the update they were fully functional,
today I had to disconnect the power, reconnecting them no longer work.
The current status is the flashing red LED, I did the reset procedure several times, one seemed to have taken it, the others did not.
The reset procedure I do is correct, but they continue to stay on the flashing red LED and that's it without giving other signs.
In practice I can not give the Factory default

Hi Lorenzo
A Flashing RED LED Status suggests the amplifier is in protect mode. Please power down the amplifier for 30 minutes to cool then power it up again. If problems persist or return please reach out to your Bluesound Professional authorised distributor to arrange to have the speaker looked at.
